You can login to ePlan once you have become a member and have been issued a login and password. ePlan is hosted on a separate site. To go to the ePlan login page, click on the link provided below.

VRCA members have exclusive access to the Electronic Planroom (ePlan ) which includes Pre Bid Reports, project descriptions, planholder lists, and a listing of specifications, addenda and blueprints. The platform allows members to search for plans from their desktop, set automatic email reminders about jobs or products and conveniently access the most up-to-date project information in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors in BC.

ePlan access is included in the cost of your VRCA membership. To use ePlan to its full potential, members can subscribe to Enhanced ePlan for an additional $690 per year. Enhanced ePlan is a premium service that allows you to view, print, mark-up and export specs and blueprints into estimating software in additional to all regular ePlan services.

ePlan and Enhanced ePlan provides you and your team access to construction opportunities and gives you the tools to estimate and bid accurately and efficiently. The easy-to-use format translates into faster turnaround times, reduced print costs, and increased efficiencies that will help build your business.

Members also have access to our two physical planrooms located at the Vancouver and Abbotsford offices.

Current Members

If you are a current member you have already been set up as a user in ePlan. To obtain your login information, or if you have forgotten it, please visit the ePlan login page and click "Forgot Your Login?" to have it sent to you via email.

New Members and New Employees

If you are a new member you can access ePlan with the login information you have received in your "Welcome to the VRCA" email. If you are  a new employee of an existing member please have your Main Contact add you as an employee. You will be assigned login information via email that can be used for both the VRCA Member Site and ePlan.

Enhanced ePlan Access

In order to access Enhanced ePlan members must first subscribe to the service by having the Main Contact login and add "Enhanced ePlan Subscription" to the company account. Then, the Main Contact must choose which employees will have access to Enhanced ePlan (maximum 5 people) by clicking on "Manage Employees" and selecting the "Enhanced ePlan" button on the employee's profile.
