Construction Sector Council E-Learning

Welcome to E-Learning Centre


The CSC is a national organization committed to the development of highly skilled construction workforce. One of our ongoing programs is the development of e-Learning courses supervisory and managerial personnel.

The VRCA is a local distributor for the Construction Sector Council E- Learning. To access any of our e-learning courses  contact the VRCA receive the PIN # that is required to access our online courses.

 The VRCA is pleased to present the following Construction Sector Council E-Learning Centre e-learning courses for construction supervisory and managerial personnel.

Pipeline Construction Safety Training Course (PCST)      Cost $90.00
This course has been created for pipeline workers to enhance health and safety awareness and help prevent injuries to workers.
This course is self-paced and is approximately 6 hours in length.

Course Access is via CD or on-line.

Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution Course (CNCR)    Cost $90.00
This course has been designed to help improve written, oral, and negotiating skills within the construction industry.

The course carries five (5) Gold Seal Credits.

The Course is accessed on-line only.

Construction Project Management Course (CPM)           Cost $90.00
This course has been designed to help managers administer projects from start to finish.

The course carries five (5) Gold Seal Credits.

The Course is accessed on-line only.

Construction Law Course (CL)         Cost $90.00
This course is designed to teach and familiarize owners, managers, supervisors and project managers with construction contracts and contract law, liabilities and responsibilities of all parties to a Contract, compiling and submitting proper extras and claims, and ways and means for leaders to avoid conflict with contracts, owners, trades, and labour.

The course carries five (5) Gold Seal Credits.
