The Vancouver Regional Construction Association is pleased to call for all project entries for this year’s Awards of Excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the industry’s commitment to quality and professionalism.
Previous recipients of the awards have incorporated their success into their promotional strategy and in their dealings with prospective clients. Winning an award can provide a morale boost for your entire workforce. The benefits of participating are considerable, and the results are tangible.
Please take the few minutes required to complete the application form(s) for the projects you know deserve recognition by your peers. Also, enter an application for those individuals you know who have made a difference to the industry. Self-nominations are acceptable.
We encourage you to consider worthy candidates for Supplier of the Year, Trade Contractor of the Year, and General Contractor of the Year, Safety Awards, Education Leadership Award, Construction Workplace Health and Safety Innovation Award, Lifetime Achievement Award and Outstanding Woman in Construction.
The deadline for submitting entries for the project awards is April 30, 2010 so be sure to move quickly in completing the form(s).
The Awards Presentation evening, which is considered to be one of the more prestigious evenings for the construction industry, will be held on October 26, 2010 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. We hope that you will plan to attend so you can see for yourself the recognized leaders in the construction industry.
