Apprenticeship Tool Kit

The Northern British Columbia Construction Association (NBCA) in partnership with the regional Industry Steering Committee and the College of New Caledonia completed a labour market partnership assessment on Trades in North Central British Columbia in June 2003. The report identified that the greatest barrier to training and retaining apprentices and trades people is the lack of available apprenticeships.

Phase II of the project was to was to develop a web based Apprenticeship Tool Kit that is available for the employer, industry, unions and potential apprentices.
