All conference registrations are made on-line and paid with either a credit card or by invoice.

EARLY BIRD RATES (until April 6):

VRCA member early bird: $625
Allied member early bird: $625
Non-member early bird:   $775

REGULAR RATE EFFECTIVE April  7 to May 4, 2012

VRCA member: $775
Allied member: $775
Non-member:   $915

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: No credit or refunds will be given. You have the option of transferring your registration - notify Lisa Wolfe - lwolfe@vrca.bc.ca  with the name of the person who will assume your registration.

The VRCA reserves the right to cancel any event if registration is low. If an event is cancelled the VRCA will notify everyone and issue a full refund.
